Software for organizing, reading, registering, annotating, and caching optical coherence tomography (OCT) volumes. Built from the ground up in Python 3.10, using mostly common scientific Python dependencies.
Custom Compression Tester
Hardware/software developed for biomechanical compression testing, permitting sensitive force measurements synchronized with precise displacement control. Built with LabView and an NI DAQ.
